The Senior Counsel – Delivery Services Commercial Attorney will be responsible for providing strategic advice and counsel to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** GoLocal and related Delivery teams. This role will involve negotiating deals, crafting contracts, and designing risk mitigation strategies for new programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation and a strong understanding of the legal landscape in transportation, last mile, or delivery-as-a-service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** GoLocal and Delivery business teams - Structure, draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts - Collaborate proactively with business, compliance, and legal stakeholders to advise on the design and execution of new lines of business - Monitor relevant industry emerging trends
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school - 5 years of experience in law - License to practice law in at least one state - Extensive experience in contract negotiation - Familiarity with the legal landscape in transportation, last mile, or delivery-as-a-service - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
Location and Salary Information:
- Bentonville, AR: Annual salary range of $130,000.00-$260,000.00 - Hoboken, NJ: Annual salary range of $156,000.00-$312,000.00
