Job Description
Associate The candidate will be assigned to one or more practice groups, including a general business and transactional practice. Receive considerable client contact and work experience. Meet clients, negotiate and draft documents, prepare estate plans, form business entities, resolve disputes, complete filings, and address a wide variety of issues. Should preferably be in the top 50% of the law class preferred.
