Daedalus Law is a boutique firm focused on assisting clients with NDAs and other administrative contracts. We are currently seeking attorneys with experience negotiating M&A transactions, NDAs or other corporate agreements.
We are an entirely remote/virtual law firm and generally serve financial and investment clients. Ideal candidates will have practiced at an AmLaw 200 firm and/or spent time in-house with financial clients. We are open to candidates with both full-time and part-time availability.
