We are currently seeking a talented Residential Real Estate Attorney to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Residential Real Estate Attorney at Bannon Law Group, you will play a crucial role in handling residential real estate transactions and providing legal counsel to clients in homeowner associations. This position is based out of our Bluffton, SC office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee residential real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Provide legal advice and guidance on residential real estate matters
- Draft and review legal documents related to homeowners associations
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in residential real estate dealings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the South Carolina and GA bar and in good standing
- Prior experience in residential real estate law is preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
