We're hiring an office administrator to augment our team. We are a structural engineering firm, in Northern Kentucky. We have exhibited strong, well-managed growth. The office administrator will assist in the management of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating appointments, producing various documents, answering phones and email, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent. 1-3 years of office administration experience.

As well as being experienced in multiple construction materials, We have experience with a wide range of project size and types. Flood defense projects, water quality, low-rise commercial, industrial and residential are some of the sectors serviced.
In addition to the specific discipline of structural engineering, We provide project management skills and have the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines in a united effort to provide timely services to any project.
We currently maintain Professional Engineering Licensing in the following states: Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Alabama, Maryland, Washington, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas and Texas.
