Our client, a well-established civil litigation firm, is seeking multiple Associate Attorney's to join their Philadelphia office. This role offers significant career growth potential, including a fast track to Junior Partnership for high-performing associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of civil defense litigation cases. Work alongside senior attorneys on high-exposure cases, including catastrophic injury, OSHA, construction litigation, and post-accident investigations. Conduct depositions, arbitrations, and mediations (binding arbitration experience is a plus). Handle evidence preservation and litigation strategy development. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal staff.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active PA Bar license (NJ Bar a plus). 1 years of civil litigation practice (defense experience preferred). Experience with depositions, arbitrations, and mediations (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation practice. Willingness to work onsite in the Philadelphia office.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, flexible for the right person ($120,000-$150,000), plus strong bonus structure. Opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation cases.
