Law Firm Seeks Client Development Coordinator for IP/IP Litigation Department - Salary Range: $62,800 - $78,500

WilmerHale, an international law firm with 1,000 lawyers across 12 offices, is seeking a Client Development Coordinator for their Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Litigation Department. If you have 1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment and a passion for marketing and business development, we want you to join our team.

In this role, you will support the Client Development Director and Manager in a variety of initiatives, including research, pitch materials, presentations, event coordination, and marketing communications. As part of the Client Development team, you will have the opportunity to work with lawyers at the forefront of government, technology, and business, while promoting diversity and collaboration within the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating persuasive pitches and RFP responses
- Coordinate market recognition initiatives and legal directories
- Plan and implement firm events, sponsorships, and client entertainment
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and competitors
- Manage content in the firm's experience database
- Support social media and marketing communications strategies
- Perform special projects as requested by leadership
- Display professionalism and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a marketing or business development role
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Research skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
