Compensation: $125,000.00 - $200,000 per year | Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site
Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC), a well-established Beverly Hills Personal Injury firm, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented trial attorney licensed to practice in California. This position is ideal for an attorney with 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation (personal injury) who has demonstrated the ability to manage cases from start to finish, including trial preparation and trial advocacy
Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings and correspondence
Taking and defending depositions
Trial preparation
Drafting discovery
Document review
Attending court hearings
Negotiating settlements
Complying with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications/Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.
Doctorate (Required)
Active California Bar License (Required)
1st Chair or 2nd Chair Trial Experience (Required)
Deposition: 3 years (Required)
Personal Injury: 3 years (Required)
Discovery: 3 years (Required)
