A client focused Atlanta Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic personal injury attorney who prioritizes clients, thrives in a team setting, is organized, understands structure and has a strong work ethic. They embody core values that represent accountability, leadership and integrity. They possess the skills to expertly analyze, evaluate, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents for personal injury cases with precision. Must be skilled in communicating with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, and they understand all stages of personal injury cases. They possess strong attention to detail, follow standard procedures with great care, and have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills. They are able to handle multiple assignments with ease, work well under pressure and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands with a positive attitude.
Major responsibilities:
-Experience handling all aspects of personal injury cases including complex cases
- Legal research and drafting legal documents
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a must
- Great written, verbal, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- 3 - 5 years experience as Personal Injury Attorney
-Georgia licensed attorney and SC license is a plus
- Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year based on experience and job performance
