The position demands strong oral advocacy skills and legal analysis with sound judgment, maturity, professionalism, and diligence. notable work experience is helpful. you may be called up to draft legal briefs, memoranda, motions, as well as attend court hearings and/or argue motions, negotiate with other attorneys and assist in trial preparation. selected attorneys may be called up to perform duties as a trial lawyer such as voire dire, opening, closing, direct and cross examination, and jury instruction legal analysis. This legal post requires humility, understanding the nuances of human behavior in order to the get the job done in an efficient and accurate manner while being able to work with judges, attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, secretaries, and other personnel.
