Job Description
Northern Colorado civil litigation firm looking to add additional associate to its fast-paced and growing practice. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated team player with strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a desire to gain courtroom experience. Responsibilities include case management, review of pleadings, court appearances, and negotiations regarding file resolution. No billable hours or business development required. Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 (0-5 years experiance)

- Collaborate with senior attorneys in litigation processes, including preparing for court appearances and managing case files.
- Provide administrative support by organizing case materials, maintaining accurate records, and managing deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal procedures and provide updates on case progress.
- Proficient in legal research methodologies with excellent writing and legal drafting skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients' needs effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing complex legal documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear articulation of legal concepts to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with litigation processes and the ability to assist in court preparations.
