Our Dallas office is seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with at least 4 years of litigation experience to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance coverage/bad faith.

As a Manning Kass Associate Attorney, you will confront a wide range of disputes, including professional liability, complex auto and comprehensive general liability claims; directors’ and officers’ liability policies; disputes among insurers in continuing loss scenarios; environmental damage claims, such as mold and toxic torts; first and third party claims; and intellectual property claims.

As a Manning Kass litigation attorney, you'll analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies, communicate proactively with clients, and represent them in litigation proceedings such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the Texas State Bar 4 years experience in civil litigation Personal injury experience preference Construction law-related experience is a plus Insurance coverage/bad faith experience is also a plus Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities
Company Offers
Salary range of $100,000-$150,000 bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience and education. A comprehensive benefits package.
