Job Description
ROBSON & ROBSON P.C. seeks a litigator with more than 10 years’ experience to handle a variety of commercial litigation matters including shareholder and contract disputes, class actions and business torts.
The successful candidate will have:
J.D. from accredited law school
Admission to Pennsylvania bar
Superior research (Westlaw) and writing skills
Clerkship/law review preferred
Experience in all phases of motions practice and discovery
Participation in jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations (either as lead counsel or second chair)
Appellate experience desirable but not required
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to interface directly and effectively with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams and Excel
Job Type: Full-time, hybrid
Compensation: $125,000 plus, depending on experience
