ARTICLING STUDENT - Position Available The candidate will work on personal injury matters with other members of the firm and independently. We represent injured clients all over the Province of Ontario, with varying degrees of injury. Our firm works as a team, so the candidate will be involved in virtually all aspects of the case from inception to conclusion. Permission to Article in Ontario Attention to detail, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Interest in civil litigation and personal injury law, Attend Examinations for Discovery, Attend Mediation, Prepare memorandums, letters, medical summaries, Draft pleadings, motions, and applications.
