The ideal candidate must have experience with complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance transactions and joint ventures considered a plus. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while being able to work individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are highly valued.
