Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney
DeMayo Law Offices is currently looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to represent clients throughout the arbitration and trial processes in District and/or Superior Court. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to help us fight for what’s right.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on personal injury issues - Develop and prepare personal injury cases - Maintain case progress and resolve cases - Improve quality results by studying and evaluating processes
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school - Admission in good standing to North Carolina State Bar - Admission in good standing to South Carolina State Bar preferred - Minimum of ten years’ NC plaintiff’s litigation experience required
