The primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant – Development is to perform diversified tasks within the department including calendar management, answering the telephone, typing letters, contracts, memos, preparing reports and keeping accurate records for the department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s policies, practices, and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Manage SVP calendar and scheduling in multiple locations and time zones. *Answer SVP phones and screen phone calls appropriately. *Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel plans accordingly. *Schedule, track and communication of company deadlines (SMART goals, budget, training). *Partner and collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support the organization. *Ensure proper follow up and timeline completion of tasks and assignments to meet deadlines. *Handle all billing, invoicing, new vendor paperwork and payments, shipping and receiving, mail, photo copies as needed. *Organize and maintain agency and partner contracts. *Routing of any legal documents and contracts as needed. *Manage and coordinate expense reports. *Maintain internal calendar of events. *Create work orders and purchase requisitions. *Order office supplies as needed. *Safety is an essential function of this job. *Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job. *Performs other related duties as assigned.

*21 years of age. *Proof of authorization to work in the United States. *High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred *3 - 5 years of administrative experience required. *Previous experience in Hospitality/Gaming industry preferred. *Must be able to accurately type 65 wpm, able to read, interpret, write and evaluate reports and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. *Must be highly organize and detail oriented planner with the ability to respond efficiently and effectively. *Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills to complete high volume of tasks with minimal supervision and deadline sensitive. *Demonstrated ability to understand business priorities, proactively anticipate and drive improvements *Must be able work independently as well as work effectively in a team environment. *Must be able to build and nurture effective working relationships both internally and externally. *Must have proficient computer skills using Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; have excellent communication and phone skills. *Ability to plan international travel with time zone difference; preparation of expense reports with various currencies. *Organize and maintain document filing including electronic and hard copies. *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience. *Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
