We are currently looking to add a dynamic Landscape Crew Leader to our passionate team of landscape professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*Cultivate your green career with us! *Be responsible and ensure landscape construction projects are installed properly and according to the plan. *Learn the safe and proper way to work and direct a crew of up to four people *Maintain open communication with management, suppliers and crew members *Communicate, manage, and supervise staff and sub-contractor crews *Read and interpret construction plans *Maintain accurate records *Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
*Love of the outdoors *Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books *Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire *Knowledge of materials, methods, and skills related to landscaping in the Midwest region *Experience in landscape construction or related fields *Ability to operate various landscape equipment *Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions *Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height WHAT WE OFFER: *
