The role will focus around back office support, updating how we interact and integrate existing systems like Google Drive and Workfront. It will also include learning the inner workings of the team and recommending new systems to help support key roles like media management and business affairs. There will also be opportunities to attend local (location dependent) shoots to develop a deeper understanding of team roles and responsibilities.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. Be Open. In this role you will:Work with the production team to map out various process workflows, forms, and documentationCollaborate with Workfront system owners to update systems to meet new workflowsOrganize backend folder and filing structures for all projectsResearch solutions and make a recommendation for a new talent management system to track asset rights, talent management, and renewalsHelp organize and track file storage and management systemOwn processing and routing contracts, opening appropriate POs, and tracking all spend. Individual with advanced degree noted below will have additional opportunities to negotiate and draft contracts.Help create case studies and manage project change logs, developing ongoing assessments for project success and learningsTrain staff on various workflows, processes and systemsKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Passionate about making things happen and eager to solve problemsIncredibly detail oriented and organized with excellent time management skillsLove film, commercial work, production with a desire to move into production in some capacityHave a zest for learning and meeting peopleProficient with Google ecosystem - Drive, Email, etc.\u00A0Eager to learn about industry best practicesExcellent communicatorSelf-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously\u00A0In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Experience with project management software such as WorkfrontUnderstanding of industry file protocols, sizes and specs\u00A0Understanding of licensing and contracts\u00A0Education:Working towards degree in film, communications, media or related fieldPreferable Education:Working towards Advanced degree in business law, contract negotiations or related graduate degree\u00A0Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
