# Wills, Probate, Trusts and Mental Capacity Solicitor or Legal Executive
Law Firm is looking for a 2 years PQE Wills, Probate and Mental Capacity Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing and highly regarded Private Client Team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join their busy Keynsham office and work alongside a Partner in a friendly, supportive and well managed team.
## Requirements
The successful candidate must have a range of experience advising private clients about Wills, probate, wealth preservation and succession planning. Full STEP Membership and being a Fully Accredited Member of SFE is desirable but not essential.
