The United Firm, APC is seeking an experienced Entry-Level Workers Compensation Attorney to join our Los Angeles office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on Civil Litigation cases focused on Personal Injury, allowing for professional growth and development. Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients in workers compensation proceedings - Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex issues to develop effective strategies for clients - Participate in hearings, negotiate settlements, and build positive relationships with clients - Collaborate with other legal professionals to gather evidence and prepare cases
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in workers compensation law - Active California State Bar License in good standing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 per year
