Job Summary:
The Law Firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join their team in Orange County, CA. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly respected firm and represent employers in a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and be able to provide counsel and training to clients on various employment and labor law issues.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $216,500 - $233,500, with actual compensation determined based on experience and other factors The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off
Responsibilities:
Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges Provide counsel and training to employers on various employment and labor law issues Represent employers in court, arbitration, and administrative agencies in employment matters Handle class action and PAGA cases, though experience is not required
Requirements:
JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials 4-6 years of experience, preferably in employment law Current CA Bar admission in good standing Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork are essential
