Requirements - Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for licensure within one year - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school - Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience - Strong analytical skills - In-house counsel experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lexis, and Westlaw - Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, engineering, or the sciences
