H1: Join Our IT Team as a Helpdesk/System Administrator! H2: Manage and Maintain the IT Infrastructure at a Law Firm
Law Firm is seeking a skilled Helpdesk/System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure while providing essential support to employees. Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, hardware, and software at our Sacramento, CA office. Perform system checks, updates, and upgrades to ensure network stability and security. Implement and enforce security policies, manage user access controls, and monitor for security threats. Provide IT support, including installing and troubleshooting computers, software, and operating systems. Manage the helpdesk ticketing system to resolve employee issues and escalate complex problems. Oversee user account management, including adding/removing users and conducting password resets. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely support for IT needs. Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and system configurations. Conduct IT onboarding for new hires and deprovision departing employees.
Requirements:
2 years of system administration experience. 3 years of helpdesk support experience. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Proficiency with Active Directory, PowerShell, and system security best practices. Familiarity with M365, switch configuration, and firewall maintenance. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
2 years of cybersecurity experience, including SIEMs. Microsoft certification.
Salary Information:
$52,000 – $83,200 based on experience and qualifications.
