Position Overview: - Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager for Pre-Litigation team - Responsible for managing own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation - Focus on providing exceptional customer service to clients - Opportunity for professional development and advancement in a supportive, dynamic environment - Full-time, on-site position with Monday-Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities: - Manage own caseload of 100 Personal Injury cases - Regular calls with clients to discuss medical care, providers, and treatment status - Conduct investigations and establish No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims - Open claims with insurance companies and retrieve police reports - Communicate with clients and witnesses, and accurately enter information into case management system - Handle liens and damages for cases - Prepare cases for litigation
Qualifications: - 3 years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager - Experience handling a caseload of 100 or more case files using a Case Management System - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Salary Information: - Annual salary based on years of pre-litigation personal injury experience - Compensation range: $65,000-$75,000 USD
Benefits: - Full-time employees and part-time employees over 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits package - Includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and sick time
