Our team is seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities of the Role - Support clients in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, zoning and land use, and asset management - Work with a diverse range of clients including institutional investors, lenders, private equity investors, developers, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, and franchise companies - Collaborate with a highly skilled and experienced team of attorneys and professionals - Opportunity for professional development and training within a supportive work environment
Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Illinois Bar
