Key Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting - High School diploma or GED required - Extensive experience with State and Federal eFilings - Proficient to advanced user of Microsoft Word and Outlook - Proficient to advanced user of PDF programs such as Adobe, Nuance/Kofax, etc. - Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent command of grammar and punctuation - Experience with document management systems such as FileSite, iManage, or equivalent - Strong in-office presence required
