Wilson Elser is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid position, offering great flexibility for the right candidate. We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 2 years of defense litigation experience and a JD from an accredited law school. The ideal candidate will have experience handling general liability, premises & product liability, transportation, property rights, employment litigation and insurance defense. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, and legal project management experience is helpful.
As a General Liability Associate Attorney, you will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. You will also work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects, regularly handle court appearances and depositions, and communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Qualifications: - JD from an accredited law school - Must be admitted to practice in the state of Georgia - 2 years of defense litigation experience - Experience handling general liability, premises & product liability, transportation, property rights, employment litigation and insurance defense - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Legal project management experience is helpful
