Job Description: - Prepare, file, and prosecute patent and trademark applications in the US and abroad - Manage US and foreign patent and trademark dockets - Work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy and efficiency in application process - Communicate with clients and foreign associates regarding application status and deadlines - Conduct research and gather information to support applications - Maintain client and case information in database
