The Role
As a Paralegal/Litigation Executive in our Credit Hire Team, you will be responsible for managing a litigated caseload on behalf of insurer clients. This will include drafting court documents, instructing counsel and experts, and negotiating settlements. You will also be expected to manage client expectations and meet SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of litigated claims Drafting all court documents Instructing counsel and experts Negotiating settlements Managing client expectations and meeting SLA requirements
Experience and Skills Required
At least 1 year Credit Hire experience (defendant background preferred) Experience in handling own caseload Excellent communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to handle high volumes of work Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional manner with ability to build relationships internally and externally
