Responsibilities:
- Handle and support a heavy and complex case-load from pre-litigation to trial - Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions - Guide clients through the case process and interact with expert witnesses - Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school - Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association - Minimum 2 years of workers compensation experience - Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus - Ability to manage high volume of cases and provide excellent client service - Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
