Law Firm Seeking Part-Time Tax Preparer/Accountant in Arizona

Overview:
- Part-time position, 20 hours per week - Onsite work at our office in Arizona - Regular schedule during business hours - Consult with individual clients - Audit account details and prepare state and federal tax returns - Act as liaison between our firm and the IRS - Ensure accurate bookkeeping

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns and documentation for clients - Find legal deductions to save money for clients - Organize financial records for clients - Answer client questions and provide advice - Stay up to date on tax laws - Maintain confidentiality of personal financial information - Use popular tax preparation and bookkeeping software
Skills:
- Ability to type 60 wpm - Excellent grammar and telephone voice - Ability to juggle multiple clients' tax matters - Strong self-organizational skills - High expectations of yourself - Willingness to forgive others and be gracious with mistakes
Qualifications:
- Completed over 500 individual tax returns - CPA or CFA license - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related major - Master's degree in accounting or business administration preferred - Previous experience in wealth management a bonus
Compensation:
- Pay: $35-40 per hour, DOE - 401(k) match - Part-time, hourly position
