Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and cost-effective legal solutions to clients - Handle case files from start to finish, including depositions and trials - Develop and execute case strategies for successful resolution - Engage in business development and marketing activities to contribute to firm growth - Opportunity for advancement into partnership ranks
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California - Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing attorney - Strong communication, research, and analytical skills - Experience in insurance claims and subrogation is a plus - Commitment to diversity and inclusivity
