Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal support for commercial agreements with healthcare clients, vendors, and business partners - Draft, review, and negotiate complex healthcare and technology contracts - Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations - Assess and mitigate legal and compliance risks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives within healthcare law boundaries
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor degree and active membership in at least one state bar - 10 years of legal experience, with a focus on healthcare and technology - Extensive experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience managing compliance - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
