Senior Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal - IV & NIV) at Law Firm:
Fragomen, a leading global immigration law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal - IV & NIV) to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business and work with a passionate team dedicated to providing world-class client service and industry-leading technology solutions. As a Senior Business Immigration Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of global immigration to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes. Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing timely and clear responses to inquiries. Meet deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while communicating case progress and escalations to supervisor. Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team. Contribute to team and individual productivity goals. Follow firm standards and policies to ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling various tasks and projects.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role. At least two years of business immigration experience, with a focus on NIV, IV, or a mixture of both. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, drafting, and avoiding grammatical mistakes. Proficiency in using MS Word and Excel. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Desire to work in a collaborative and positive team environment.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this role takes into account various factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The estimated salary range for this role for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is $63,000.00 - $72,000.00. Compensation decisions are made based on these factors and may not result in an individual being hired at the top end of the range.
