The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** firm, a distinguished employment law firm in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time first year Associate Attorney for our Glendale office. We are looking for confident, energetic, and sharp attorneys with a passion for labor and employment law.
As an Associate Attorney, you will handle wage and hour class/PAGA actions and single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from inception through conclusion. This includes conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings and trials, and assisting in client meetings and consultations.
We do not require any minimum billable hours, allowing our attorneys to focus on providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school - Active California State Bar license, with no disciplinary history - Superior oral advocacy skills and confidence - Great analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail, honesty, dependability, computer savvy, and multi-tasking - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System, and other Litigation Software - Fluency in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus
