Law firm Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our team in Toms River. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Transactions to further their career in a dynamic and reputable law firm.
As a Commercial/Transactional Legal Assistant or Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law office setting - Availability to work in our Toms River location - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Experience in business formations, acquisitions, and commercial real estate - Drafting legal documents and contracts - Data entry - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Managing attorney calendar - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and proofreading skills - Ability to track and meet deadlines - Willingness to take direction and learn from senior staff - Familiarity with PC Law/Time Matters (preferred) - IT literate
