These positions are ideal for candidates with a strong background in antitrust and commercial litigation, as well as experience in drafting briefs, conducting case law research, and participating in depositions. The Litigation Associates will work within the firm's Antitrust Practice Area, handling complex litigation matters for a variety of clients. They will be responsible for drafting legal briefs, conducting legal research, and preparing for and participating in depositions. The ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree from a top law school, with strong academic credentials and relevant litigation experience.
Responsibilities: - Drafting legal briefs and other court filings - Conducting thorough case law research - Preparing for and participating in depositions - Assisting with trial preparation and strategy - Communicating with clients and other attorneys - Managing multiple complex cases simultaneously
Requirements: - Juris Doctorate degree from a top law school - 2-3 years of experience in antitrust and commercial litigation - Strong writing skills and attention to detail - Clerkship experience from private, peer firms preferred - Excellent academic credentials - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
