- Explain and execute Attorney-Client contract - Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, experts, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information - Collect and organize evidence such as insurance policies, medical expenses, and records - Conduct legal research - Handle personal injury case files from start to finish - Negotiate agreements and settlements on behalf of clients - Maintain updated status of all case files in the case management system
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar - Personal injury experience preferred
Salary: $100,000 minimum, or more depending on experience.
Location: Dallas or Fort Worth, TX (convenient office location for the attorney)
