**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** (QPWB), a multi-office national law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This hands-on role involves working closely with attorneys and clients in defending civil litigation matters.
As a Paralegal at QPWB, you will:
• Draft and prepare various legal documents, including responses, reports, pleadings, and more • Organize and analyze documentary evidence • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts • Maintain trial and discovery calendars • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
• 1 years of prior paralegal experience, preferably in a fast-paced law firm • Working knowledge of paralegal concepts, procedures, and practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat • High School Diploma required, paralegal degree/certificate a plus
Physical demands for this role include sitting for extended periods of time, occasional standing and walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds. The work environment is primarily indoors with varying noise levels and temperatures.
