Responsibilities: - Analyze legal situations and create strategic plans to effectively solve problems for clients - Draft legal documents, handle division of marital assets, and attend court proceedings for a high volume of cases - Collaborate with Managing Attorney to move cases through the civil litigation process - Consult with potential clients and engage in matter management to ensure timely progress in all cases - Prepare and review legal documents and advocate on behalf of clients
Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of family law experience and a valid SC Law License - Active involvement with the ABA and excellent communication and negotiation skills - 4-year degree and J.D. degree required
Compensation: $100,000 yearly DOE
