The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a highly motivated and energetic attorney to join our team as an Assistant City Attorney in the Municipal Prosecution Section. This full-time position requires a licensed attorney in good standing with the Texas Bar and with at least one year of experience practicing law in Texas.
Responsibilities: - Criminal prosecution of Class C misdemeanors and violations of municipal ordinances in the Dallas Municipal Court - Representation of the City of Dallas in civil proceedings such as administrative adjudications, dangerous dog appeals, parking appeals, stormwater proceedings, and bond forfeitures
Requirements: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Collaborative and problem-solving mindset - Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
