2SPL is a modern patent law firm based in Munich, Germany, with a team of 30 highly motivated employees. We specialize in patents in Germany, Europe, and the USA, with a technical focus on electrical engineering and electronics, software, IT & computer technology, physics, and automotive industries. We are currently seeking graduates in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics to join our team as Trainee Patent Attorneys (m/f/d).
Your Training
As a Trainee Patent Attorney at 2SPL, you will receive comprehensive training to become a German and European Patent Attorney. Our experienced patent attorneys will guide you through your training, providing practical and hands-on experience to prepare you to assist clients independently. We have an individualized support concept to ensure you have the necessary tools to become a highly qualified patent attorney.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a university degree in a technical or scientific field, such as physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. You should also have the ability to present complex technical issues in a concise and understandable manner, both in German and English. We are looking for candidates who are systematic, analytical, and have a service-oriented approach to their work.

Employment Details
This is a full-time position with an apprenticeship contract. Our office is located at Landaubogen 3, 81373 Munich, Germany, but we also offer hybrid work options. Please note that all applications must be submitted online through our website.
