The Role: - Support strategic initiatives of the Construction & Surety Unit - Work closely with National Head to ensure efficient operations, compliance, and successful project execution - Responsibilities include construction litigation, risk management, and surety services
The Team: - Nationally recognized construction & engineering team - Advise on all types of construction & engineering projects - Clients include major developers, national housebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, and more - Partners noted in Legal 500 UK for broad expertise within construction
The Person: - 3-6 years PQE - Strong background in contentious construction work and passion for litigation - Analytical skills and attention to detail - Team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities - Pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving and understanding of commercial implications
