Summary
- Responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees - Conducts HR investigations to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations - Provides recommendations to operational management and HR business partners - Analyzes data to monitor employee relations trends and minimize legal liability - Must live in the South Central region and have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - Salary ranges from $60K to $75K with comprehensive benefits package - Equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace
Essential Functions
- Oversees daily administration of reported concerns and conducts fair and timely investigations - Provides guidance on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination - Partners with management, HR, and legal teams to create solutions for complex employee relations issues - Ensures high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance with laws and union agreements - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and may need to travel to company sites within the supported region

- Performs other duties as assigned - Maintains confidentiality and upskills on technology and case management systems - Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
