We provide a comprehensive range of legal services and are currently looking for an experienced Construction Associate/Senior Associate to join our nationally recognised construction team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high value, complex instructions for a variety of clients in the construction, energy & resource management, higher education, and financial services sectors. Role and Responsibilities:
As an Associate/Senior Associate in our construction team, you will be working closely with our team of 6 partners and 13 fee earners on a national basis for clients across the UK. Your role will primarily involve non-contentious construction work, including advising on the delivery of projects using industry standard forms or bespoke documentation, long-term outsourcing and partnership arrangements, and PPP models. You will also have the opportunity to work on informal and formal dispute resolution matters, such as adjudications, expert determinations, court proceedings, and arbitrations.
Requirements:
6 years PQE experience in construction law Strong drafting and legal analysis skills Ability to manage time efficiently Excellent communication skills Ambitious and driven to progress in your career Team player
