The Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law and undergraduate coursework, with a preference for degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. However, other relevant degrees will also be considered based on significant work experience. Admission to a state bar is required for this role.
In this position, the Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of intellectual property cases and provide counsel to clients on ongoing matters. Strong research and analytical skills are a must, as well as excellent oral and written communication abilities. The firm values individuals with a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a desire to take on increased levels of responsibility.
The salary for this position will vary based on location and factors such as skills and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and flexible time off.
