Overview: - Join a leading regional law firm with offices in Cardiff, Derby, Nottingham and London - Work on a varied and quality workload for a diverse client base - Available in any of the Cardiff or Midlands offices - Assist partners and team members in providing legal guidance and advice - Engage in new business development activities - Support the core Infrastructure and Construction team - Develop and maintain client relationships - Opportunity for career development and training within the firm's open and friendly culture
Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance and advice on all aspects of Infrastructure and Construction law - Advise on case strategy and make service improvements - Analyse problems and resolve issues - Develop and maintain client relationships - Proactively participate in business development activities - Supervise and share advice and knowledge with team members - Manage individual and team performance effectively
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: - Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with relevant experience - Excellent technical legal knowledge - Ability to manage complex caseloads and work under pressure - Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues - Ability to identify and support junior team members - Professional and approachable demeanor
