Law Firm Seeking Receptionist and Entry-Level Marketing Assistant
The Willis Law Group, a leading Civil Litigation Defense firm, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced receptionist and entry-level marketing professional to join our team. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a welcoming, professional work environment. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of front legal office or administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Operate main switchboard in a professional and friendly manner between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel at the front desk - Create digital flyers and assist with internal and external marketing projects - Maintain conference room calendar and Excel spreadsheets for tracking supplies and marketing information - Cater luncheons and other special events - Perform general front-end and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher - 3 years of receptionist or similar experience - Prior experience as a legal receptionist - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint - Entry-level marketing experience - Professional and friendly demeanor - Professional dress attire - Strong integrity and confidentiality - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Adaptability and critical thinking abilities - Multitasking and punctuality - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Organizational and time management skills
