Job Description:
The Law Offices of G. Turner Howard III and Associates is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We are a highly reputable law firm specializing in personal injury cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of legal experience in the personal injury field, preferably with experience in litigation, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. The ideal candidate will also have an active Tennessee law license with a strong knowledge of Tennessee state law and statutes.
Job Tasks:
- Meet with potential new clients and assess their legal needs - Handle phone calls from various agencies with competence and professionalism - Communicate with clients, court personnel, adjusters, and attorneys - Work effectively in a team environment and manage support staff - Utilize effective time management and multi-tasking skills while remaining courteous and responsive to clients - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the firm's values of teamwork and collaboration - Participate in health and dental insurance plans with major company contributions - Receive paid time off and bonuses based on performance
